Pesto Sauce

Ingredients


100g Basil

200g Olive oil

100g Parmesan Cheese

50g Pine nuts

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

Method of Preparation


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

Poor the pesto into a jar and cover with a little extra oil.

Store in the fridge.
