Ingredients
200 g Butter
450 g Flour
200g Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Honey
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tbsp All spices
Method of preparation
In a saucepan combine brown sugar,honey and butter over medium heat.
Mix flour with spices at low speed.
Add the syrup mixture to the dry ingredients.
Roll the dough and cut out shapes.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Decorate with royal icing.
Royal icing
2 Egg whites
1 cup Powdered sugar
Method Of Preparation:
Beat the eggs at high speed until having stiff peeks . Add sugar powder .
Pour into piping bag
