Boil A Whole Banana Before Bedtime, Then Drink The Water To Change The Way You Sleep

Gather supplies

Boil water

Cut both ends off banana

Place banana (with peel still on) into boiling water

Boil for 10 minutes

Using a colander, pour banana tea into mug

Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon into tea

Drink it an hour before bed
