Fig Bruschetta

Ingredients


100g Sandwich Bread

100g Fresh figs

100g Goat cheese

50g Walnuts

20g 
Lemon zest

70g 
Honey

100g Wild rocca

10g Olive oil

 

Method of Preparation


Toast the sandwich bread with some olive oil. Cool it down.

Mix the goat cheese with the chopped walnuts, lemon zest and honey.

Spread the mix on the bread and place the wild rocca on top.

Dice the fresh fig and put it on top of the whole mixture.
