Focaccia

Ingredients


Dough:

1 Kg Flour

500 ml Water

150 ml Milk

20G Dry Yeast

30g Salt

 

Topping:

Onions

Cherry Tomatoes

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

15g Sugar

 

Method of Preparation


Dough:

Add the yeast to the warm water, and then add the salt.

Mix them together.

Add the milk to the mixture.

Rise in a warm place for 40 min.

 

Topping:

Cut the onions into thin slices.

In a pan, add the onions to the olive oil.

Stir together and then add the salt, the sugar and the pepper.

Tip the dough onto an oiled baking pan.

Cover it with the caramelized mixture and add the cherry tomatoes.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
