Chicken Spinach Quiche

Quiche dough


600g Flour
300g Butter
10g Salt
10g Sugar
200g Water

Method of Preparation


Mix the flour with the water, salt and sugar first and then add the butter at room temperature.

Filling:

Ingredients


400g Fresh Cream 
2 pcs Eggs 
200g Chicken breast 
50g Onions
50g Vegetable oil 
1Bundle Spinach 
200g Grated Parmesan
50g Cherry tomato 
10g Nutmeg
Salt and black pepper

Method of Preparation


Slice the chicken breast and the onions into small julienne, heat up the vegetable oil in a pan and cook them half way.

In a mixing bowl, put the fresh cream with the eggs,parmesan cheese ,nutmeg ,salt and pepper .

Mix them together.

After molding the dough and letting it rest for a while, add the chicken mixture with the cream apparel in the dough and bake in the oven for 10 min at 180 degree. 

Add the spinach and the cherry tomatoes and continue the baling for another 10 min.
