Ingredients
200g of Chicken Breast
150g of Turkey
150g of Mozzarella
1 Egg
Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper
Sauce:
1 Onion
1 tbsp of Truffle Oil
Fresh Cream
1 Chicken Stock
White Vinegar
Method of Preparation
Flatten the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Add turkey and mozzarella, roll in plastic wrap, and bake in bain-marie in the oven for 8 mins at 180 C.
Dip in the egg and then in the crumbs, then fry in the oil.
For the sauce:
Chop the mushrooms into thin slices.
Coat the bottom of the pan with a mixture of olive oil and butter.
Add the onion slices and stir to coat the onions with the oil.
Add the mushrooms and chicken stock.
Salt and pepper are added to the truffle oil.
Pour white vinegar and fresh cream and cook for 4 minutes.
