100g Soaked Borghol

100g Tomatoes, Diced

5g Fresh Mint Leaves, Chopped

20g Fresh Parsley, Chopped

20g Onions, Finely chopped

70g Cucumbers, Diced

30g Tomato Paste

1 tsp. Chili Paste 

7g Dry Coriander

40g Olive Oil

White Pepper

Salt
