Green Figs Jam



1 Kg of Fresh Figs  

4 cups of Sugar

1 cup of Water

A Lemon Squeeze

1/2 cup of Sesame Seeds




Method of Preparation

Boil the sugar, the water and anise till they become sticky like Katr.

After boiling the Katr, put it on the green figs and boil them all together again for 1 hour until the figs are cooked.

Add the nuts, sesame, and safely store the jam in jars.
