Quiche Minced Meat

Quiche dough


600g Flour


300g Butter


10g Salt


10g Sugar


200g Water

Method Of Preparation


Mix the flour with the water, salt and sugar first and then add the butter at room temperature.

400g Fresh Cream

2 pcs Eggs 

50g Vegetable oil 

200g Minced meat 

50g Onions

100g Mushrooms 

20g Curry powder

Salt and pepper

Method of preparation


Mold the dough and let it rest for a while

Slice the onions and the mushroom into julienne.

Heat up the oil in the pan and cook the meat with the onions and the mushrooms half.

In a mixing bowl, put the cream, eggs, curry powder, salt and pepper and mix.

Add the meat mix, cream apparel to the resting dough and bake in the oven for 15-20 min over 180 degrees.
