1 cup flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons red food coloring
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 pack Philadelphia cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
Method of preparation
Beat the egg with the sugar, vanilla, red color and oil.
Add half of the flour, cocoa and milk.
Add the other half and the vinegar.
Fill 12 lined cupcake cups and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Beat the cream cheese with butter and sugar and fill a big piping bag.
Place one cupcake layer into the bottom of your jar, pipe a layer of cream cheese frosting directly onto the cake layer.
Repeat the layering process until you reach the top of your jar.
If desired, garnish with festive sprinkles or red velvet cake crumbs.
