Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Roasted bread pieces
¼ cup Pine nuts
2 tbsp. Butter
½ tsp. paprika
Method of preparation
In a non-stick pan, fry the pine nuts until golden. In the bottom of your serving plate, place a layer of roasted bread
pieces and a layer of chickpeas.
Pour the yogurt over, sprinkle the fried pine nuts and a pinch of paprika on top and serve.
